Job summary

AT&T in Orlando, Florida is seeking a Manager – Sales, Retention, Collections to lead a consumer tele sales organization, coach staff, and drive revenue and customer experience. This role requires office presence, with a minimum of five days per week, and no relocation.

Responsibilities include data analysis, policy development, and vendor coordination, with experience leading virtual, hybrid, or in-office teams to meet metrics. A Bachelor’s degree and 8+ years of sales experience are expected.
