Job summary

Mercedes Benz of El Cajon is seeking a Sales Lot Attendant-Porter to move vehicles in and around the sales area, maintain the lot, and prepare cars for delivery. The role requires a valid California driver’s license with a clean record and the ability to drive both automatic and manual transmissions.

Ideal candidates are energetic, customer-focused, organized, and able to multitask in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Drives vehicles to and from the sales area and lot as needed.

• Maintains lot appearance by cleaning driveway and sidewalks; clears snow/debris as necessary.
• Maintains sales lot cleanliness (windows, doors, floors).
• Transports customers to/from their home when needed.
• Ensures documentation is complete and compliant with regulations.
• Follows safety and security procedures.

Overview

The Sales Lot Attendant-Porter helps ensure complete customer satisfaction by moving vehicles in and around the sales area/lot, maintaining the cleanliness of vehicles and the sales lot area, preparing cars for delivery to new car owners, and transporting customers to/from their home when needed.

The ideal candidate has a high energy level, a desire to work in a fast‑paced environment, and a valid California driver’s license with a clean driving record. He or she must have great communication and customer service skills, strong organizational and problem‑solving skills, and a positive attitude. Candidates must be able to drive both manual and automatic transmissions and safely maneuver vehicles in tight and small spaces. Previous experience is preferred. Responsibilities

Qualifications

• Previous experience in a similar role a plus.
