Responsibilities

• Operate a forklift to transport trailers to and from service areas and the lot as needed.
• Park and move RV units efficiently.
• Ensure window prices on RVs are installed and removed as instructed.
• Write work orders, track issues, and ensure units are in proper working order.
• Maintain the lot by sweeping, trash removal, and keeping it professional in appearance.
• Keep units and equipment secure from weather.
• Ensure slide-outs are in, jacks are down, steps are down, awnings are opened, and doors are unlocked.
• Maintain a safe and clean work environment.
• Check and refill fuel and propane.
• Stage units and check in new units from the factory.
• Run errands for parts or supplies.
• Perform other tasks as assigned by the supervisor.

Qualifications

• Some technician experience.
• Towing experience preferred.
• Experience with yard tractors and forklifts.
• Ability to drive an RV.
• Experience with generators and operating slide-outs.
• Ability to repair small items and identify problems.
• Prolonged standing, stooping, crawling, and bending.
• Lift up to 25 lbs, move up to 50 lbs with assistance.
• Potential for growth and willingness to learn RV repair techniques.
