Enterprise Mobility is hiring for an immediate Sales Management Training Program in Medford, OR, with multiple nearby locations. You will train to become a branch manager by leading customer service, sales, and operations, while developing business relationships in the community.

The program includes mentoring, a hands-on learning environment, and a path to promotion within the Enterprise family. A degree, driving record, and work authorization are required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• Valid driver's license with minimal moving violations.
• No drug or alcohol related event on driving record in the past 3 years.
• Must be authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship.
• Must be at least 18 years old.

Responsibilities

• Join the Sales Management Training Program and start day one at a neighborhood branch.
• Serve as the face of Enterprise to customers and partners while learning operations.
• Develop knowledge to eventually run your own branch and grow the team.
• Receive mentoring and hands-on guidance to succeed and build community relationships.
