Responsibilities

• Sell telecom client brand products to consumer and B2B customers in person.
• Learn to coach and mentor newer team members as skills develop.
• Support recruiting, interviewing and onboarding of new hires.
• Help run team meetings, set goals and track performance against targets.
• Gain exposure to territory management, campaign strategy and day-to-day decisions.
• Work with senior leadership on your personal development plan toward a management role.
