A leading provider of mobility solutions is seeking candidates for their Management Training Program in Ballwin, Missouri. Ideal candidates will have a Bachelor’s degree (or be close to graduating) and a valid driver’s license. You will receive training and mentoring to help you run your own branch, with competitive compensation starting at $50,000 per year and a comprehensive benefits package.

Qualifications

• Must have a valid driver's license with no more than 2 moving violations and/or at fault accidents in the past 3 years.
• No drug or alcohol related conviction on your record in the past 3 years (i.e., DUI, DWI).
• Must be authorized to work in the United States and not require work authorization sponsorship.

Responsibilities

• Learn the business from day one while based out of one of the neighborhood branches.
• Serve as the face of the company to customers and partners.
• Master the knowledge and skills needed to eventually run your own branch.
