Weather is hiring a Sales & Leadership Trainee for our face-to-face events team in New York City. You'll start by learning the fundamentals of customer acquisition and sales directly in the field, then build toward greater responsibility based on your performance and development.

This is a full-time, face-to-face sales position representing our brand and charity campaign partners at pop-ups and campaigns throughout NYC.

No previous sales experience is required. We provide paid training from day one.
