Job summary

Austincc in New York City is seeking an outgoing Brand & Events Representative to engage the public at pop-ups, campaigns, and experiential activations. This in-person role focuses on turning conversations into customers and supporters, with paid training and weekly pay.

You'll work Monday–Friday in Midtown Manhattan, with opportunities for leadership and advancement as you gain sales and communication skills. Travel opportunities may arise.

Midtown Manhattan, NY | Full-Time | Monday–Friday | W2
$650–$1,200/week starting pay + uncapped weekly bonuses

Weather is looking for outgoing, motivated people to join our NYC team as a Brand & Events Representative working directly with customers and the public at pop-ups, community campaigns, and experiential activations.

You won't spend your day behind a desk. You'll be out with your team, meeting new people, representing our clients, and learning how to turn a quick interaction into a successful customer or supporter conversation.

This is a face-to-face sales and brand representation role, and your results matter. But you don't need previous sales experience—we provide paid training and help you build the communication, sales, and leadership skills needed to succeed.

• Represent brands and charity campaigns throughout NYC
• Approach and engage new people
• Explain products, services, promotions, or causes
• Turn interested conversations into customers, supporters, leads, or sales
