Job summary

Steinhafels is seeking a store sales role where you will ask probing questions to uncover customer needs and guide them to the right products. You will compare options, arrange payment and delivery, and complete paperwork accurately while maintaining customer satisfaction.

You'll also follow up with customers and use proven sales techniques within company procedures. Training and development opportunities are provided to grow in sales and leadership paths.

Qualifications

• Comfortable using and training on computers.
• Available to work standard retail business hours, including nights and weekends.
• Interested in sales, marketing, business, and management.

Responsibilities

• Ask probing questions to understand customers’ needs.
• Guide customers through the store and direct them to suitable products.
• Clarify differences in products to assist customer decisions.
• Arrange payment and delivery for sales transactions.
• Complete all necessary paperwork accurately.
• Follow up with customers via phone calls and/or thank you notes.
• Utilize effective sales techniques while adhering to company procedures.
• Maintain customer satisfaction as the top priority.
