Job summary

Enterprise is offering a paid Management Internship in Lincoln, NE for current university students. You’ll gain real-world leadership skills by tackling challenges alongside our first- and second-year professionals, in a team-based environment.

The program emphasizes hands-on experience, customer care, and project work in a fast-paced setting. Applicants should be senior undergraduates graduating Spring 2027, with at least 6 months in sales or leadership, and a valid US driver's license.

Qualifications

• Senior graduating with Bachelor's Degree in Spring 2027.
• 6 months of sales and/or leadership experience.
• Valid driver's license with no more than 2 moving violations in 3 years.
• No drug or alcohol conviction in past 5 years.
• Authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship now or in the future.
• 10-11 week commitment with start January 5, 2027.
• Able to work 25 hours/week.

Responsibilities

• Learn what it takes to run a successful business and acquire leadership skills.
• Develop marketing strategies and build relationships with customers and coworkers.
• Complete intern projects and engage in friendly peer competition.
• Support the management team in daily operations and customer care.
