Responsibilities

• Master sales presentations and communicate product value clearly.
• Develop confidence in customer engagement and acquisition strategies.
• Work face-to-face with customers in retail partner locations to deliver brand messaging.
• Build personal performance habits and meet daily/weekly acquisition goals.
• Assist in training and mentoring new associates to duplicate your success.
• G gain exposure to HR processes such as interviewing, onboarding, and recruiting.
• Learn behind-the-scenes business operations: scheduling, payroll basics, compliance, reporting.
• Start managing small teams during event campaigns.
• Lead a team, oversee client performance, and run retail campaigns with accountability.
• Handle client relations, territory management, and reporting on campaign results.
• Play an active role in strategic decisions to improve customer acquisition outcomes.
• Position yourself for promotion into Market Manager, where you’ll oversee a territory and grow a client base.
• W2 Employment (not contractor/1099) – full-time position.
• Base salary + uncapped commission (average first-year earnings $52,000 – $85,000+).
• 401k retirement plan and comprehensive benefits package (health, dental, vision).
• Paid classroom & field training – you’ll be paid hourly during the classroom phase, then transition to base + commission once in-field.
