You will achieve this by leveraging comprehensive market knowledge and utilizing effective agent sales consulting to dramatically enhance the customer experience and meet diverse needs. This role is crucial for fostering a culture of high engagement and adaptability within the sales territory, helping to position our independent contractor agents to capture every bit of market potential. If you are passionate about leadership, growth, and building winning teams, we want to hear from you!

  • Agent Placement and Development: Overseeing the process of strategically placing and developing agents to maximize market opportunities
Location: Northeast Cascades Sales Territory

The Northeast Cascades Sales Territory covers the northeast portion of Washington, including key markets such as Spokane (and Liberty Lake) and Wenatchee. The territory’s landscape spans from the Spokane River region to the Cascade foothills and valley communities, creating a mix of suburban growth, regional hubs, and strong rural/agricultural economies. It is the 2nd largest territory in Washington state geographically.

Key cities & hubs
  • Spokane, WA: The primary economic anchor for the region - driven by healthcare, education, manufacturing, service industries, and a growing small-business base. Liberty Lake and surrounding communities contribute additional suburban expansion and homeownership demand.
  • Wenatchee, WA: A major valley center connected to regional commerce, retail, and services, with strong ties to the surrounding agricultural corridor.

The Northeast Cascades is a "hub-and-spoke" market—where success comes from coordinating strong execution in Spokane/Wenatchee while building consistent momentum across surrounding rural communities. The best opportunities for sustained growth typically come from (a) strengthening multi-line penetration, (b) improving onboarding and customer experience consistency across agents, and (c) identifying local micro-markets where demographic and economic trends are driving demand.
