Rise Financial Group is seeking a highly motivated Sales Representative & Trainer to drive revenue and lead the sales team growth. The role combines hunting new business with coaching and mentoring peers to boost overall performance.

You will engage in prospecting, lead generation, and product presentations, while also delivering training programs and monitoring outcomes. A results-driven mindset and strong communication are essential for success.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1+ years in B2B sales with a track record of meeting/exceeding targets.
• Experience mentoring or coaching is a plus, but coachability is valued.
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Demonstrated leadership and ability to motivate a team.

Responsibilities

• Prospect and generate leads through cold calls, networking, and referrals.
• Manage client relationships to ensure repeat business and high retention.
• Present products and negotiate contracts to close sales.
• Meet or exceed sales targets and KPIs.
