Job Title: Sales Leader – Medical Coding Services
Location: Remote (USA-based)
About the Role:
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Leader to build and expand our Medical Coding business. This is a hunter role — you must be proactive in identifying new opportunities, forging strong relationships, and closing deals with Hospitals, Payors and ACOs.
Key Responsibilities:
·Drive new business growth for Medical Coding services.
·Identify, pursue, and convert high-value leads.
·Develop and maintain relationships with key decision-makers at Hospitals, Payors and ACOs.
·Stay up-to-date on US healthcare regulations and policy changes impacting medical coding.
·Meet and exceed sales targets consistently.
·Leverage existing network to accelerate market penetration.
Requirements:
·Minimum 5 years of proven success in selling Medical Coding services to Hospitals, Payors and ACOs in the US.
·Strong understanding of the US healthcare ecosystem and regulatory landscape.
·Excellent hunter mindset with a track record of winning new business.
·Established professional network in the healthcare industry.
·Exceptional communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Preferred Background:
·Preference will be given to candidates from small to mid-sized organizations who have successfully built new accounts and driven growth with limited resources.
·Must be comfortable working in a dynamic, entrepreneurial environment and taking ownership from day one.
