The role emphasizes performance, coaching, and personal accountability in a fast-paced, commission-influenced environment. Licenses in Property & Casualty and Life & Health are preferred; sign-on bonus may apply.

Qualifications

• Previous success in sales, business development, leadership, insurance, financial services, recruiting, or entrepreneurship is strongly preferred.
• Licenses in Property & Casualty and Life & Health insurance are preferred. Candidates not licensed must obtain licenses within the timeframe before starting employment.

Responsabilités

• Produce: prospect, generate opportunities, needs-based conversations, close sales.
• Build and maintain a strong personal sales pipeline.
• Conduct insurance and financial services conversations with prospects and existing customers.
• Identify opportunities within existing customer households.
• Meet or exceed production and activity goals.
