You will work closely with the agent to build marketing goals, deliver exceptional service, and develop your business leadership skills while learning the State Farm business model and agency operations.

Qualifications

• Sales experience preferred.
• Successful track record of meeting sales goals/quotas preferred.
• Ability to effectively relate to a customer.
• Self-motivated and goal-oriented.
• Detail oriented and organized.
• Property & Casualty license (Must be able to obtain).
• Life & Health license (Must be able to obtain).
