Responsibilities

• You drive sales as a key LOD (Leader on Duty) by maximizing fitting room and salesfloor productivity and building guest loyalty.
• You motivate and lead the team by exemplifying AEO service standards.
• You recruit, hire, and develop associates to maintain staffing aligned with business needs.
• You set clear goals and provide real-time coaching to improve performance.
• You implement daily visual and operational procedures, including shipment processing and merchandising moves.
