The role focuses on commercial scale, recruiting and coaching, and creating a predictable pipeline to support substantial long-term growth.

Qualifikationen

• 10–15+ years of sales experience.
• 5+ years in sales leadership or management.
• Proven experience developing and holding sales teams accountable.
• Experience selling to SMB and mid-market customers with some larger-account exposure.

• Build a scalable sales strategy and go-to-market structure.
• Introduce clear KPIs, processes, reporting and accountability.
• Coach and develop both experienced and developing salespeople.
• Recruit additional sales talent as the business expands.
