Job summary

Journeys in Duluth, MN is hiring a Sales Lead to assist store management with daily operations and to develop a high-performing sales team. You will drive personal and store sales while maintaining a fun, full-service customer experience.

The role requires excellent interpersonal and customer service skills, the ability to multi-task in a fast-paced retail environment, and a willingness to learn. Nights and weekends work may be required, with opportunities for advancement within the Journeys

Qualifications

• Meet and exceed store and personal sales goals and standards of performance
• Assist in training and developing a successful sales team
• Provide feedback, coaching, and accountability to all employees by enforcing all company policies and practices
• Perform all opening and closing duties according to company policy
• Supervise and manage all aspects of daily store operations in store management’s absence
• Supervise and manage all aspects of Loss Prevention practices in store management’s absence

Responsibilities
