Journeys is seeking a dynamic Sales Lead to support store management in daily operations, drive sales, and develop a high-performing team. The role emphasizes customer service excellence and brand culture.

You will participate in training programs and have opportunities for advancement into leadership roles, with shifts including nights and weekends and the ability to handle physical tasks required in a retail setting.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Meet and exceed store and personal sales goals and standards of performance.
• Assist in training and developing a successful sales team.
• Provide feedback, coaching, and accountability to all employees by enforcing company policies.
• Perform opening and closing duties according to policy.
• Supervise daily store operations in management’s absence.
• Supervise loss prevention practices in management’s absence.
• Communicate store needs to management.
• Complete all assigned tasks and training requirements.
• Provide a fun, full service experience to customers.
• Resolve customer issues effectively.
• Demonstrate Journeys culture to the team.
• Multi-task in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills.
• Desire to succeed in a fast-paced retail environment.

• Complete training leading to Sales Lead position.
