Job summary

Chico’s in Missoula, MT is seeking a Sales Lead to partner with store leaders, supervise the team, and model exceptional customer care. You’ll help shape a welcoming, customer-centered environment that reflects our hospitality culture and supports daily store operations including opening/closing, cash handling, scheduling, and stocking.

Ideal candidates bring a passion for fashion, strong communication, and a collaborative mindset with at least 2 years of retail management experience.

Qualifications

• Passion for our brand and empowering confidence.
• 2 years of retail management experience preferred.
• Must be at least 18 years old.

Responsibilities

• Assist the store leadership team with general store operations, including opening and closing responsibilities.
• Actively share brand priorities, initiatives, and messages with store teams.
• Lead by example on the sales floor, sharing product knowledge and utilizing an omni-channel approach.
• Provide coaching and encouragement to keep the team on track with performance goals.
• Execute operations activities, including cash handling, scheduling, inventory management, and merchandise replenishment.
• Be knowledgeable about current sales, promotions, and store policies.
