Job summary

Jockey International Global Inc in Eagan, MN is seeking a Sales Lead (Key Holder) to join our team. You will deliver exceptional customer service, train and coach the team, and assist with opening/closing the store as Manager on Duty while driving sales and top-line results.

You will engage guests, promote rewards, manage register transactions, merchandising, and safety. Part-time role with PTO, employee discounts, and a collaborative culture at Jockey.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Must be 18 years or older with excellent interpersonal and verbal skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent customer service and drive store goals.
• Assist in opening and closing the store as Manager on Duty.
• Assist with merchandising and stock organization.
• Ring purchases and handle cash or credit payments.
• Protect cash, inventory and assets per policy.
