White House | Black Market, Inc. in Foley, AL is seeking a Sales Lead to partner with store leaders, supervise the team, and model exceptional customer service. You will uphold brand standards and foster a welcoming, hospitality-driven environment that reflects our culture.

You will support opening/closing, coaching, scheduling, cash handling, inventory, and replenishment while driving sales and maintaining store policies. A customer-focused mindset and teamwork are essential.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of retail management experience preferred.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Strong communication and leadership skills are essential.
