Job summary

ALDO Group is hiring a Part-Time Sales Lead in Fresno to drive store sales, coach associates, and ensure an exceptional customer experience. You will lead on the floor when management isn’t present and help keep daily operations running smoothly.

You should bring a passion for fashion, at least 6 months of retail leadership experience, and strong communication skills to lead a team and meet targets. This role offers part-time hours and a pathway to growth.

Responsibilities

• Drive sales by promoting brand initiatives and delivering a strong customer experience across all channels.

• Ensure policies and procedures are followed (payments, discounts, returns, loss prevention).
• Maintain sharp visual merchandising and displays.
• Support the Store Manager in building a motivated, fashion-focused team.
• Assist with day-to-day operations like restocking and back-store tasks.

The Role

Reporting to the Store Manager, the Part-Time Sales Lead plays a key role in driving results and supporting the team. You lead by example by helping hit sales targets, coaching associates, and making sure every customer has a great experience. When management isn’t on the floor, you take the lead and keep everything running smoothly.

What You'll Be Doing

• Help with day-to-day operations like restocking and back store tasks

Salary Range

$18.00/hr to $18.50/hr
