Job summary

ALDO Group in California is seeking a Part-Time Sales Lead to drive sales, coach associates, and keep operations running smoothly when management isn't on the floor.

You will lead by example, promote brand initiatives, and ensure a great customer experience across channels while supporting the Store Manager in building a motivated, fashion-focused team.

Candidates will have a high school diploma, at least 6 months of retail or service leadership, and availability for day, night and weekend shifts.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 6 months of hands-on management experience in retail or service.
• Deep interest in fashion.
• Natural leader with a growth mindset.
• Big customer-first energy with a natural ability to connect with people.
• Available for day, night, and weekend shifts.
• Comfortable staying on your feet and lifting up to 35 lbs. (≈16 kg) during busy floor days.

Responsibilities

• Drive sales by promoting brand initiatives and delivering a strong customer experience across all channels
• Coach and support team members through regular feedback and on-the-floor guidance
• Share insights and feedback with store management to help improve performance
• Ensure policies and procedures are followed (especially around payments, discounts, returns, and loss prevention)
• Keep the store looking sharp with strong visual merchandising and displays
• Support the Store Manager in building a motivated, fashion-focused team
• Help with day-to-day operations like restocking and back store tasks

The Role

Reporting to the Store Manager, the Part-Time Sales Lead plays a key role in driving results and supporting the team. You lead by example by helping hit sales targets, coaching associates, and making sure every customer has a great experience. When management isn’t on the floor, you take the lead and keep everything running smoothly.
