ALDO Group in Charlotte, NC is seeking a Part-Time Sales Lead to drive sales, coach associates, and ensure a memorable customer experience on the floor. You will lead when management isn’t on the floor, promote brand initiatives, and maintain visual merchandising.

You must have 6 months of retail management experience, a passion for fashion, and a flexible schedule to cover day, night, and weekend shifts.

The Role

Reporting to the Store Manager, the Part-Time Sales Lead plays a key role in driving results and supporting the team. You lead by example by helping hit sales targets, coaching associates, and making sure every customer has a great experience. When management isn’t on the floor, you take the lead and keep everything running smoothly.
