ALDO Group in Brandon, FL is seeking a Part-Time Sales Lead to drive sales and support a high-energy fashion team. You’ll lead by example, help meet targets, coach associates, and ensure every customer has a great experience when management isn’t on the floor.

You will guide daily operations, maintain visual standards, and collaborate with Store Manager to build a motivated, fashion-forward team. This role requires a passion for fashion and strong interpersonal skills.

Formación

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 6 months of hands-on management experience in retail or service.
• Deep interest in fashion.
• Natural leader with a growth mindset.
• Big customer-first energy with a natural ability to connect with people.
• Available for day, night, and weekend shifts.
• Comfortable staying on your feet and lifting up to 35 lbs. (≈16 kg) during busy floor days.

Responsabilidades

• Drive sales by promoting brand initiatives and delivering a strong customer experience across all channels.
• Coach and support team members through regular feedback and on-the-floor guidance.
• Share insights and feedback with store management to help improve performance.
• Ensure policies and procedures are followed (especially around payments, discounts, returns, and loss prevention).
• Keep the store looking sharp with strong visual merchandising and displays.
• Support the Store Manager in building a motivated, fashion-focused team.
• Help with day-to-day operations like restocking and back store tasks.

The Role
