Job summary

Visionworks of America, Inc. in Newnan, GA is recruiting a Part Time Retail Third Key/Sales Lead to serve as the face of our store and guide customers through the Visionworks experience.

You will build relationships, recommend eyewear solutions, and ensure accurate measurements while maintaining product knowledge and delivering a friendly, efficient patient journey. This role requires strong customer service, basic optics knowledge, and a willingness to train and grow with the team in a dynamic

Qualifications

• HS diploma or equivalent required.
• Experience in retail or customer-facing roles preferred.
• Willingness to train and grow with the team in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Delivers daily sales goals by executing the Customer/Patient Experience journey.
• Engages with patients/customers and recommends products and services.
• Measures patients/customers for eyewear and maintains product/optical knowledge through training.
• Handles day-to-day store operations including opening/closing in LEAD positions.

Pay Class: Part Time

Pay Rate:$11.09 - 14.97/hr

The Role:

A Visionworks Retail Third Key/Sales Lead is the very face of our business and is dedicated to ensuring the best possible journey for every patient and customer. This person is trained and knowledgeable about optics, our products/servicesand managed vision care. TheThird Keypersonally takes the patient/customer through the Visionworks experience ensuring their eyewear needs are met in a simple,humanand bold way.

• Delivers daily sales goals by ensuring the best execution of the Customer/Patient Experience journey
• Engage with patients/customers and recommend products and services that meet their eye care needs
• Measure patients/customers for their eyewear andmaintainproduct/optical knowledge through cont. training and development to ensure eyewear is Right the First Time. May troubleshoot eyewear needs as necessary
• Execute day-to-day operational activities to support the store's financial and customer experience goals including opening and closing the store as needed in LEAD positions only

Qualifications:
