Position Details

• Pay Class: Part Time
• Pay: $14.81 - 18.47 per hour

The Role

A Visionworks Sr. Optical Specialist-Lead/Sales Lead is the face of our business, ensuring the best experience for every patient and customer. This role requires knowledge of optics, products, and managed vision care, with at least 12 months of optical experience or ABO certification. The Sr. OS also maintains necessary licenses and dispenses eyewear where required.

• Achieve daily sales goals by delivering excellent customer experiences
• Engage with customers and recommend suitable products and services
• Measure and troubleshoot eyewear needs, maintaining product knowledge through continuous training
• Support store operations, including opening and closing as needed

Qualifications

• 12 months optical experience or ABO Certification
• High school diploma, GED, or equivalent
• Maintain required optician licenses as per state guidelines
