Job summary

Purple Innovation, LLC is seeking a Sales Lead to drive personal sales and customer experience in our retail stores. You will mentor team members, grow selling skills, and master product knowledge to become a top seller.

The role supports a part-time schedule (15–29 hours weekly) and requires a high school diploma plus 2+ years in retail. You’ll learn new technology and maintain Purple’s visual/operational standards while delivering outstanding service.

Qualifications

• Minimum of high school diploma or equivalent.
• 2+ years of experience working in a retail environment.
• Comfortable learning & adapting to new technology.
• Excellent interpersonal communication capabilities.
• Customer service-oriented attitude.
• Ability to stay organized and manage time effectively.
