KnitWell Group operates a White House Black Market store in Katy, TX, seeking a Sales Lead to supervise the team, uphold brand standards, and create a welcoming, customer-centered shopping experience. You’ll work with store leadership to meet sales goals while coaching staff and managing daily operations on the floor and in stockroom.

• Execute operations activities, including cash handling, scheduling, inventory management, and merchandise replenishment.
• Be knowledgeable about current sales, promotions, and store policies.
• Support associate development and assist with scheduling as needed.

About the role

As a Sales Lead, you partner closely with store leaders to supervise the team, lead by example, and step in to support leadership responsibilities wherever needed. You play a pivotal role in upholding brand standards and helping shape a positive team culture. You will set the tone for achieving team goals by providing clear direction and support. As a role model for the team, you demonstrate a welcoming, customer-centered environment that goes beyond the transaction to create memorable, personalized experiences that reflect our culture of hospitality.

What you’ll bring to the role
