Job summary

KnitWell Group is seeking an Assistant Manager to support Store Manager in leading staff, delivering a welcoming customer experience, and driving store performance in Frisco, TX. You will foster hospitality, lead by example on the sales floor, and coordinate omni-channel initiatives to reflect our brand.

You'll bring to the role

Passion for our brand, fashion, and empowering confidence. Must be at least 18 years old. 3 years of retail management experience preferred. Flexible availability — including nights, weekends, and holidays. A team player mindset with a high level of ownership and initiative. Ability to develop strong customer and peer relationships. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to bend, reach, stretch for products as well as maneuver around the sales floor and stockroom, operate the register, and lift/carry up to 50 pounds.
