Job summary

KnitWell Group, a specialty retail operator, is seeking a Sales Lead for Store 3569-The Commons Northpark-WHBM in Midland, TX. You will supervise the team, uphold brand standards, and deliver memorable, customer-centered experiences that reflect our hospitality culture.

In this role you’ll partner with store leadership to achieve goals, coach team members, manage inventory and schedules, and support with store operations, including opening/closing and cash handling.

Qualifications

• Passion for brand, fashion, and empowering confidence.
• 2 years of retail management experience preferred.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Ability to develop strong customer and peer relationships.
• A team player mindset with ownership and initiative.
• Flexible availability — including nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to bend, reach, stretch for products as well as lift up to 50 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Assist store leadership with general store operations, including opening and closing.
• Actively share brand priorities, initiatives, and messages with store teams.
• Lead by example on the sales floor, sharing product knowledge and utilizing an omni-channel approach.
• Provide coaching and encouragement to keep the team on track with performance goals.
• Execute operations activities, including cash handling, scheduling, inventory management, and merchandise replenishment.
• Be knowledgeable about current sales, promotions, and store policies.
• Support associate development, provide coaching feedback, and assist with scheduling, when needed.
• Share ideas and insights with the store leadership team.
• Contribute to a positive work environment by embracing teamwork with peers and leaders.

About the role
