Job summary

Z Gallerie, LLC is seeking a Sales Lead to provide senior on-floor leadership at our Los Angeles store. The role emphasizes sales execution, customer experience, and floor coverage during peak periods, with coaching by example and collaboration with store leadership.

The position focuses on delivering exceptional service, product-driven solutions, and brand presentation, while supporting events, merchandising, and daily operations. Flexible evenings and weekends are required.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of retail sales experience, preferably in home furnishings, furniture, interior design, or lifestyle retail.
• Demonstrated ability to consistently deliver strong sales results and exceptional customer service.
• Strong product knowledge and ability to discuss design concepts, materials, and styling ideas.
• Confident, professional presence on the sales floor with the ability to influence through example.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work a flexible retail schedule, including evenings, weekends, holidays, and peak periods.
• POS system familiarity and basic computer skills.
• Basic experience with social media or content creation is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Deliver outstanding customer experiences through best-in-class service, relationship-building, and solution-oriented selling.
• Drive sales by understanding client needs and offering curated product and styling solutions, including in-home design inspiration.
• Act as a senior presence on the sales floor, helping set the pace and standard during peak traffic periods.
• Serve as a go-to resource for sales associates by modeling strong selling behaviors and product knowledge.
• Support sales floor coverage at the LA store, particularly during peak periods and high-traffic days.
• Assist with merchandising, restocking, visual standards, and floor readiness to maintain an inspiring showroom environment.
• Support store events, seasonal floorsets, promotions, and special sales initiatives.
• Process transactions accurately and efficiently using POS systems.
• Maintain showroom cleanliness, organization, and brand presentation aligned with Z Gallerie standards.
• Collaborate with store leadership to ensure consistency in customer experience and sales execution.
• Support basic social media, content capture, or in-store storytelling efforts as needed.
