Job summary

Lane Bryant in Pittsburgh seeks a part-time Sales Lead to create an engaging environment for associates and customers. You will partner with the Store Manager to execute daily action plans, and your leadership helps ensure smooth operations, a fabulous store appearance, and motivated staff ready to reach their potential.

You will step into the Manager role when needed, guiding your team to success with support from store leaders.

Qualifications

1–3 years retail experience.
High school diploma or equivalent.
Strong communication in English.
Flexible availability – evenings, weekends, and holidays.
Proficient with technology and store systems.

Responsibilities

Welcome customers and engage with them to understand their needs and support their shopping experiences.
Share your knowledge of our products and services with customers to outfit and inspire them.
Empower teams to exceed customer expectations through the company selling model.
Help store leaders execute daily operational action plans.
Motivate and coach associates to recognize and improve performance.
Drive results by identifying business opportunities in partnership with store leaders.
Assess daily schedules to maximize productivity and payroll.
