Shoe Palace is hiring a Retail Sales Lead in Glendale, CA to drive sales and lead our store team. You’ll deliver the best possible customer experience and help maximize profits.

You are an energetic, engaging leader with strong sales skills who coaches staff, keeps the store clean and organized, and creates a welcoming, inclusive atmosphere. Weekend availability is required.

• 18+ years old
• Must have OPEN AVAILABILITY DURING THE WEEKENDS
• Excellent sales and natural leader with strong customer service skills
• Fun and outgoing (MUST be confident and engaging)
• Into the latest trends? Fashion? Shoes? Perfect!
• A desire to work hard and be successful.
• BE DRIVEN!
• Does talking to everyone just come naturally?
• Awesome!
• It would be great but not completely necessary to have… Experience in selling Athletic Shoes a plus.

Compensation

Compensation: Sales Lead pay range: $19.00 - $19.00 per hour.
