Job summary

Shoe Palace Corporation is seeking a Retail Sales Lead to drive sales and lead our in-store team. You will motivate staff, deliver excellent customer service, and help maintain a high-energy shopping environment in our Los Angeles location.

The role requires strong leadership, enthusiasm for fashion and athletic footwear, and the ability to engage customers daily. Weekend availability is essential, with opportunities for growth and development within the company.

Qualifications

• 18+ years old
• Must have OPEN AVAILABILITY DURING THE WEEKENDS
• Excellent sales and natural leader with strong customer service skills
• Fun and outgoing (MUST be confident and engaging)
• Into the latest trends? Fashion? Shoes? Perfect!
• A desire to work hard and be successful.
• BE DRIVEN!
• Experience in selling Athletic Shoes a plus (not required)

Compensation

Compensation: Sales Lead pay range: $19.00 - $19.00 per hour.
