Job summary

Parker & Sons is hiring a Sales Lead Generator to work inside retail partner locations in the Phoenix Valley. You will engage homeowners, identify needs, and schedule in-home consultations for the sales team. This role emphasizes in-person interaction, relationship-building, and goal-driven performance with uncapped commissions.

Starting pay is $18.00 per hour with commissions; top performers can earn up to $60K annually. Both part-time and full-time schedules are available, including weekends.

Parker & Sons is seeking confident, customer-focused professionals who enjoy meeting new people, building trust, overcoming objections, and creating opportunities. If you're competitive, goal-oriented, and motivated by performance-based earnings, this could be the perfect fit.

As a Sales Lead Generator, you'll represent Parker & Sons inside our retail partner locations throughout the Phoenix Valley. You'll engage homeowners in meaningful conversations, identify potential home comfort needs, and schedule high-quality in-home consultations for our sales team.

This role is ideal for individuals with experience in retail sales, customer service, hospitality, wireless sales, membership sales, brand promotion, appointment setting, or any customer-facing environment where building relationships and influencing decisions are key to success.

Starting Pay: $18.00 per hour + uncapped commissionsTop Performers Earn: Up to $60K a year!

Part-time and full-time positions are available, starting at 20 hours per week. Weekends are required.

This is a face-to-face sales opportunity, not a remote or call center position.

Qualifications

What We're Looking For

• Previous experience in retail sales, customer service, lead generation, hospitality, membership sales, promotions, or other customer-facing roles preferred.

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

• Ability to initiate conversations and engage customers confidently.

• Proven ability to influence decisions and overcome objections.

• Self-motivated, competitive, and driven by performance-based rewards.

• Comfortable working toward goals and earning commission-based income.

• Reliable transportation.

• Ability to utilize a smartphone, email, and text messaging.

• HVAC or water treatment experience is not required.
• Ability to pass a background check.
