Primary Responsibilities
  • Make outbound calls to potential clients to schedule appointments
  • Follow up with leads and maintain a database of contacts
  • Provide excellent customer service and answer any questions clients may have
  • Meet or exceed weekly and monthly appointment setting goals
  • Collaborate with sales team to ensure successful appointments and conversions
  • Other duties as assigned
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:
  • Knowledge Of Microsoft Office suites (Excel and Word). CRM Software
  • Handle multiple priorities with self-discipline and urgency
  • Understand technology and how it enables business productivity
  • Effective time management
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Strong organizational skills
Minimum Qualifications:

Education: Equivalent to the completion of the twelfth grade.

Experience: Previous sales lead generation experience is preferred.
