Fabletics is opening a NEW retail store at Orlando Vineland Premium Outlets in Orlando, FL, seeking a Full-Time Sales Lead ready to deliver a best-in-class customer experience. Join a dynamic team that collaborates with Store Manager and supervisors to drive engagement, product knowledge, and bold sales targets while leveraging technology to blend online and in-store experiences.

Ideal candidates have at least 1 year in retail, strong interpersonal skills, and a proactive, energetic mindset.

Qualifications

• 1 year of retail experience minimum (retail)
• Knowledge of active lifestyle products (Yoga, Cycling, Running) helpful
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Ability to work with large teams and multi-task effectively
• Availability for evenings, weekends, and holidays
• Comfort with inventory handling and POS systems

Responsibilities

• Engage customers and provide product knowledge on fabrics, fit and function
• Drive customer engagement through store events and promotions
• Collaborate with Store Manager and supervisors to meet sales goals
• Train and give feedback using the Customer Experience Playbook and performance standards
• Maintain merchandising guidelines to create easy-to-shop environments
• Support inventory management and restocking as needed
• Provide exceptional service to support a best-in-class customer experience
