Qualifications

• Able to work night and weekend shifts.
• Must be at least 18 years of age.

Responsibilities

• Meet and exceed store and personal sales goals and standards of performance.
• Assist in training and developing a successful sales team.
• Provide feedback, coaching, and accountability to all employees by enforcing policies.
• Perform opening and closing duties according to company policy.
• Supervise daily store operations in store management’s absence.
• Manage Loss Prevention practices during management’s absence.
• Communicate store needs to management and complete tasks promptly.
• Provide a fun, full service experience to customers and resolve issues.
