Lane Bryant in Durham, NC is seeking a Sales Lead to create engaging environments for associates and customers. You will partner with the Store Manager to execute daily action plans and step into the Manager role when needed to ensure smooth operations and a fabulous store appearance.

You will guide teams, coach associates, and drive results by identifying opportunities with store leadership, all while upholding brand guidelines and asset protection policies.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years retail experience.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Passion for styling and love of working with people.
• Flexible availability, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Ability to read, write and communicate in English.
• Proficient with technology, including operating store systems.

Responsibilities

• Welcome customers and engage with them to understand their needs and support their shopping experiences.
• Share knowledge of products and services to outfit and inspire customers.
• Empower teams to exceed customer expectations through the company selling model.
• Help store leaders execute daily operational action plans.
• Motivate and coach associates to recognize and improve performance.
• Drive results by identifying business opportunities with store leaders.
• Assess daily schedules to maximize productivity and manage payroll.
• Share daily communications with store teams and prioritize tasks.
• Support onboarding of new associates and adherence to brand guidelines and policies.
