Chico's Fort Collins store is seeking a Sales Lead to partner with store leaders, supervise the team, and model the brand’s welcoming, customer-centered approach. You will help shape a positive culture, set direction, and support colleagues to meet goals while delivering memorable experiences that reflect our hospitality.

You will assist with opening/closing, coaching, scheduling, inventory, and daily operations, using product knowledge and an omni-channel mindset to engage customers.

Qualifikationen

• 2 years of retail management experience preferred.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Ability to develop strong customer and peer relationships.
• Flexible availability, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to bend, reach, stretch, and lift up to 50 pounds.
