Job summary

You’ll work with the Store Manager to execute daily action plans, ensuring smooth operations, a fabulous store appearance, and motivated staff. You may step into the Manager role when needed.

You will guide your team to success with support from store leaders and contribute to empowering customers through our fashion-forward, inclusive brand.

Qualifications

• 1-3 years retail experience.
• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Passion for styling and love of working with people.
• Flexible availability – evenings, weekends and holidays.
• Ability to read, write and communicate in English.
• Proficient with technology, including operating store systems.

Responsibilities

• Welcome customers and engage with them to understand their needs and support their shopping experiences.
• Share product knowledge to outfit and inspire customers.
• Empower teams to exceed customer expectations through the selling model.
• Help store leaders execute daily operational action plans.
• Motivate and coach associates to recognize and improve performance.
• Drive results by identifying business opportunities with store leaders.
• Assess daily schedules to maximize productivity and payroll balance.
• Share daily communications with store teams and prioritize tasks.
