Pandora in Palo Alto is seeking a Sales Lead to immerse in our brand, culture, and product while delivering exceptional customer experiences in-store. This role supports Managers and Sales Associates to drive in-store success and brand loyalty.

You will coach the sales team, exceed store goals through authentic connections, and create memorable shopping moments with expert product knowledge, while embracing a flexible schedule including nights and weekends.

Qualifications

• At least 2 years of experience in a high-performance selling environment.
• Strong written and verbal communication with a caring approach.
• Ability to charm and engage audiences at all levels.
• Sharp business sense and analytics to deliver results.
• Excellent time management and prioritization.
• Familiarity with Microsoft Office 365 and POS systems.
• 18+ years old with eligibility to work; flexible schedule including nights/weekends/holidays.
• Willingness to stand for extended periods and lift 50+ lbs.
