LOFT is seeking a Sales Lead for Store 0843-Mid Rivers Mall in Saint Peters, MO. This Regular/Part time role focuses on delivering personalized customer experiences and guiding a team to achieve store goals.

You will collaborate with the Store Manager to manage store functions, onboard and develop staff, and step in as manager when needed. Flexible evenings, weekends, and holidays are expected.

Competenze

• 6 months of retail sales experience (preferred).
• Management experience (preferred).
• Technology proficient and able to operate a point-of-sale system.
• Enjoys communicating and coaching others.
• Flexible availability including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Takes initiative, makes thoughtful decisions, and can organize and delegate.
