Job summary

LOFT in Paramus, NJ is seeking a Sales Lead to deliver personalized customer experiences and coach associates. You will collaborate with the Store Manager to model LOFT standards and step in as manager when needed, ensuring smooth daily operations.

As a LOFT representative, you will drive in-store performance, lead onboarding and development, and maintain strong visual and service standards while supporting an inclusive, engaging team environment.

Qualifications

• Strong customer service orientation and communication skills.
• Experience coaching and developing sales teams is preferred.
• Ability to manage time, prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
• Willingness to be flexible with schedule including evenings, weekends and holidays.
