LOFT in Wayne, NJ is seeking a Sales Lead to model and deliver personalized customer experiences while guiding and coaching associates. You will collaborate with the Store Manager to run daily operations and be ready to step in as manager when needed.

The role emphasizes building an engaged team, maintaining brand standards, and driving a profitable store through strong communication, scheduling, and hands-on coaching.

Qualifications

• Minimum 6 months of retail sales experience is preferred.
• Previous management experience is preferred.
• Strong communication and coaching skills are required.
• Technology proficient with the ability to operate a POS system.
• Flexible availability including evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Model and deliver excellent customer experiences.
• Support store leaders with onboarding and developing a highly engaged team.
• Assist in daily store operations and act as manager when needed.
