Job summary

Soma, Bee Cave, TX, is seeking a Sales Lead to supervise the team, model exceptional customer service, and uphold brand standards. You’ll support leadership needs, coach staff, and drive a welcoming, store-wide hospitality experience that aligns with Soma’s culture.

Responsibilities include opening/closing duties, scheduling, inventory, and executing promotions while maintaining a positive work environment and strong product knowledge.

Qualifications

• 2 years of retail management experience preferred.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Flexible availability including nights, weekends and holidays.
• Ability to bend, reach, stretch for products and lift up to 50 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Assist store leadership with opening and closing responsibilities.
• Share brand priorities and messages with store teams.
• Lead by example on the sales floor and provide product knowledge.
• Provide coaching to keep the team on track with goals.
• Execute cash handling, scheduling, inventory, and replenishment.
• Stay informed about current promotions and store policies.
• Support associate development and scheduling when needed.
• Collaborate with leadership to share ideas and insights.
