Famous Footwear is seeking a Sales Lead to inspire the team and deliver top-tier service at our Fairbanks, Alaska location. You’ll drive sales, coach teammates, and curate an inviting in-store experience that encourages fashion-forward decisions and lasting customer relationships.

You’ll manage operations, inventory accuracy, and daily store activities with a focus on teamwork, inclusion, and brand standards while maintaining a welcoming environment for all customers and associates.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or ged required.
• Proven ability to lead a team and deliver strong customer service.
• Experience mentoring and training associates on selling and operational processes.

Responsibilities
